Artemest launch Champions of Craft, a global celebration of cultural heritage and design excellence

Artemest has launched Champions of Craft a new, global initiative honoring a distinguished group of international interior design studios who place artisanal excellence at the heart of their creative practice. Artemest represents over 1000 artisans across 37 Italian manufacturing districts, with the brand acting as a bridge between centuries old craft and contemporary design culture

The Champions of Craft program creates a long-term framework for collaboration between Artemest and the honoured design studios. Throughout the year, Champions of Craft will take part in cultural initiatives that support handcrafted design and Artemest will work closely with each studio to develop meaningful projects that spotlight artisanal know-how, contribute to contemporary culture and strengthen the dialogue between Italian design traditions and international creative practice

To mark the inaugural edition, Artemest commissioned an award designed by contemporary glass artist Simone Crestani, depicting a delicate almond branch
