This week’s product launches

Art Deco and Delft taps, dainty hardware and an apple lamp – here are the products that caught my eye this week

Waterworks has relaunched its Easton collection – the range that first put the brand on the map in 1996 – reimagined with new details and an exclusive collaboration with Royal Delft, the historic Dutch ceramics house founded in 1653. The collection’s hero piece, an exposed shower system with an Edwardian-inspired silhouette, has been updated with a viewing window for easier temperature control, alongside a new sculptural wave handle, a taller cast brass spout and a modernised kitchen faucet with pull-down spray. The hand-painted, earthenware handles and accessories are available in three patterns with each piece individually painted and marked with the artist’s signature

Pembury is a new bathroom brassware range from Haddon inspired by Art Deco architecture featuring symmetrical detailing, sculpted forms and fluted textures. The collection consists of wall and deck mounted basin taps, wall-mounted shower and bath taps and a thermostatic shower with a handheld showerhead. Each piece in the collection is available in either brushed brass or polished nickel

From Porta Romana The Apple Lamp is a playful interpretation of its namesake, and echoes its forefather The Pear Lamp.  The smaller Apple has a mouth-blown glass body and features a dimpled top and subtle crease. Handmade in Cornwall, it’s available in Cayenne or Assam, each paired with a brass leaf, hand-decorated in the Porta Romana painting studio.

Building on the success of their lighting collaboration, Plank Hardware and Good Bones return with a cabinetry hardware collection rooted in the same philosophy: beautifully made, timeless pieces designed to be mixed rather than matched. Comprising six petite designs — two handles, a swing pull, a drop pull, a knob and a star backplate — the collection is defined by softly rounded spherical ends and deliberately dainty proportions available in unlacquered brass, polished nickel and Plank Hardware’s new blackened bronze finish. The collection was inspired by the decorative hardware Leanne Kilroy’s father sourced for his Boston furniture store, these are the pieces she has long wanted to specify for clients but could never find

From Kinkatou, the delightfully quirky Rumba table can now be customised to suit your colour scheme. Every piece is hand painted and handcrafted to order, allowing for a custom colour or pattern of your choice. Just provide a colour reference or image, and the company will match it as closely as possible.
