This week’s product launches

Giant poppies from Holmes Bespoke, bathroom lights from Curiousa and planet friendly paint from Little Greene. Here are the product launches that caught my eye this week

It was hard to miss In Bloom, the bold new floral wall hanging from Holmes Bespoke, that launched at Decorex last month. The poppy is celebrated in three, hand-tufted pieces that combine wool and silk in cut and loop pile and feature intricate hand carving. Each poppy measures 1m wide by 1.5m tall, including the stalk, and is realised in more than ten shades from soft blush to deep crimson (meet Laylah Holmes)

Birdie Fortescue has launched her debut paint collection (above) in collaboration with Norfolk-based premium paint maker Fenwick & Tilbrook. The carefully curated range includes twelve refined shades, from earthy greens to soft neutrals, each named after a Norfolk river and designed to harmonise with Birdie’s signature style of timeless, crafted interiors

As part of Artek’s 90th anniversary in 2025, the brand has reintroduced a selection of products to honour Aino and Alvar Aalto’s timeless designs. Gems from the Archive include Screen 100 in new sizing, the return of Cabinet 250 to Artek’s standard collection and two special limited editions of Stool X602

Finding innovative ways to reduce the use of virgin materials is at the heart of Little Greene’s long term environmental strategy. Now, 40% of the brand’s Absolute Matt Emulsion (pictured above), the flattest paint in Little Greene’s family of finishes, is made from completely recycled ingredients, thanks to the introduction of a new high-quality recycled resin – the bit that binds all the ingredients together. Meaning this low sheen paint is now better for the planet

Rupert Bevan has collaborated with Victoria Stapleton, founder of clothing brand Brora, to create the Victoria bedside table, a piece born of shared values in craftsmanship and enduring British design. Crafted in walnut with a honed marble top, the design incorporates a leather-lined soft-close drawer, a discreet shelf and a patinated brass handle. “This was less a brief and more a natural instinct between two friends.” Says Rupert. “We set out to design a piece that understands modern life — practical enough for everyday use yet made with an integrity that ensures it will be cherished for a lifetime.” (meet Rupert Bevan)

Pastello bathroom lighting is the latest launch from Curiousa. The twelve-piece collection introduces new ceramic colours, including a rich Eggplant tone, alongside reimagined Curiousa classics such as the Wavelet and Tutu lights. Each piece is IP-rated for safe bathroom use and handmade in Curiousa’s Derbyshire studio using traditional slip-casting techniques and in-house pigment blends, resulting in tactile, organic forms with unique colour qualities when lit

Interior designer Sophie Paterson has unveiled her latest collaboration with Loom Furniture, including the Clasp wall console (pictured above). Clasp is available in two sizes and was designed with London’s compact interiors in mind, offering an elegant solution for hallways. Sophie has also designed a drinks trolley that combines a marble top, fluted oak legs and brass detailing. The pieces embody Sophie’s love of tactile materials and timeless craftsmanship (Sophie Paterson has also recently launched her own design course)

The Weekend Collection by Kit Kemp for Chelsea Textiles features five hand-embroidered designs, available as both fabric and cushions, inspired by Kit’s signature folkloric style. Each piece is brought to life with effortless charm, celebrating Chelsea Textiles’ and Kit Kemp’s shared commitment to traditional techniques and the finest materials. Step into a playful outdoor world filled with British garden sheds, park fountains, buzzing bees and multicoloured toadstools – each design brimming with delightful surprises, from a tiny butterfly resting on a mushroom to a smiling sun peeking behind a fluffy cloud
