Next month Focus returns to Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, here’s what to expect
From Monday 14 to Friday 18 September, Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour will be brimming with creative ideas, inspiration and insight for autumn’s interior design event, Focus/26 on Design
There will be much to see at DCCH, from new product launches in the showrooms to pop-up house guests. You can attend an array of talks, including the popular Grow Your Business sessions, or join a Design Discovery Tour for a curated route to the showrooms and secret corners of the Design Centre
Once again the creative team at the Design Centre have been busy, synthesising the latest collections from more than 700 brands into cohesive themes offering designers a way to stay on the pulse and ahead of the curve. Highlights for autumn/winter 26 include a rich palette of claret, gold and teal, verdigris with its blue-green patina, alongside saccharine pinks and warm metallics. Natural stone finishes and pleated papery textures offer an essential sense of touch, while damasks, corduroy and wool combine traditional heritage with serious tactile heft. Look out for patterns that include lozenges and repeating geometrics also flamestitch and bold tropical motifs in fabric, wallcovering and even playful rugs.
