A sense of optimism prevails across the latest spring/summer collections. You can see for yourself at London Design Week in March
From 13 to 18 March London Design Week, at Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour (DCCH), will see a wealth of new collections as well as design events – I’m looking forward to it already!
The outlook for 2022 is elegant, pretty and upbeat and this will be illustrated by playful pastels and softer silhouettes across wallpaper, fabrics and furniture.
As always, the team at DCCH has pulled together a programme of events including artisan demonstrations, meet-the-designer sessions, seminars and masterclasses, with details to be released nearer the time.
In case visiting the 120 showrooms at The Harbour leaves you dazed, the Inspiration Gallery will showcase the best of SS22 collections in a series of vignettes to help you clarify the latest trends. And, to add to Chelsea Harbour’s already extensive list of showrooms, a number of pop ups will appear in the Design Avenue including Tania Johnson Design, Rose Uniacke and Haberdashery.
London Design Week launches globally online on the 13th; trade preview is 14th to 16th March; then all welcome on the 17th and 18th. DCCH opens from 10am to 6pm
