In the heart of Manchester, the new build canal-side apartments are set amongst existing period properties. The brief to Milc was for a luxurious and timeless interior inspired by skies and natural light. Milc also focused on aspirational living that reflected the cosmopolitan area of Manchester.

Pampas grass brings a homely feel to the show apartment

The colour palette of soft blue and grey flows throughout the Manchester New Square apartment, with bronze and brass metallic finishes adding a touch of subtle luxury. The design also features locally sourced accessories that pay homage to the Manchester bee.

Helping the potential homeowner to visualise living in the apartment, fresh foliage and pampas grasses provide a homely feel plus Karndean flooring in a limed oak finish.

An key-catching blue velvet chair and a bespoke, curved sofa were chosen for the living space.
