This week I’m focussing on lighting with four lovely new products from Pooky, Original BTC, Occhio and Arteriors

The Knotty table lamp is new to Pooky. Part of the Abstractifications collection of playful shapes that both shed light and inject personality into the room. Knotty, in gold and white marble, stands 59.5cm high

The Cranton 25 pendant is the latest addition to Original BTC’s bone china chandelier collection. Crafted in Stoke-on-Trent, Cranton 25 joins two larger versions with three rather than five tiers of subtly curved, hexagonal discs.

Arteriors has collaborated with designer Laura Kirar to release a 25 piece collection for 2024. The collection includes accessories and furniture as well as lighting with inspiration taken from regional craftsmanship and exotic plants. The Mar floor lamp is made from natural lampakanay rope woven into a palm tree shape.

German lighting brand Occhio has added two new powder-coated aluminium finishes to its outdoor collection: dune and maroon. The colours are reminiscent of natural materials like sand, terracotta and wood. Shown here the Sito Palo light, with its distinctive spherical form, in the new maroon finish.
